Casa Manzana - A Detached villa located in a quiet residential area and within a 5 min drive of the beach and a 3 min walk to local shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc.
The Villa is set over 2 floors and arranged as two self contained apartments (one on top of the each other) with an external staircase connecting the 2 apartments . Each apartment has 2 bedrooms , a living area a kitchen and a Bathroom
The ground floor apartment (sleeps 3 ) has two bedrooms , (1 Double Bedroom & 1 small single bedroom) A living area, a kitchen and a bathroom with large shower.
The first floor apartment (sleeps 4) , has 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom ) a living area plus conservatory , a kitchen and a bathroom .
Both apartments have air conditioning installed in the main living areas which filer cool air through to the bedrooms There are TV's in both living areas with English satellite channels / DVD player. plus Fiber WIFI Internet installed in both apartments . there is a safe in the ground floor apartment
Outside is a private swimming pool with Poolside dining table and chairs with umbrella, 5 sun beds and a Gas BBQ

Location
Los Altos is located approx 50 minute drive from Alicante and a 50 minute drive from Murcia International Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks, this and several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located on a road lined with similar style villas and is just a short stroll (3 minutes) to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.

We had a lovely holiday in this villa, everything you needed was there. We spent most of the day in the great pool, two areas to sit outside which both were lovely and got the sun at different times. Very good location but if you want to get about a car is recommended. Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and would love to come back again. Thank you.

The problem is you just don't want to leave, the pool the area, the barbecue, it's a sun trap, just so good......up the road is via park 3, bars restaurants, gran china particularly good , and cheap, down to he road several bars restaurants, Emerald Isle , abbey tavern, la familia , all these make the villa even better.........Colin G

This was exactly as described and also exactly what we needed with enough space for 4 adults and 3 younger ones to enjoy the space and sun. The service was perfect from the airport transfers recommended by the owner and every thing went very smoothly. There are local bars 5 min walk away which are OK but it is worth venturing out a bit further which we did regularly with taxi rather than the buses. The buses having no known connection to the timetables. The beach is 2.5 km away and can be walked to but uphill on the way back proved to much and again we used taxi's. I would very happily recommend this to other family's (but worth hiring a car probably.).

I have visited the villa for 3 year now i would recommend it to anyone it is home from home in a pleasant area with facilities at the top of the street it has a wonderful pool where you can spend time relaxing with a drink or two. Everyone is very friendly and it is very private in its own grounds i couldnt have been happier and im looking forward to returning this year in May.

It was my first holiday abroad when i got to villa i was pleasantly surprised the photos on the internet were nice but the real thing was beautiful it was really relaxing i couldn’t have asked for anything more the pubs and restaurants were in walking distance and everyone was very friendly prices were great if any one enjoys a relaxing holiday i would recommend this one in fact i enjoyed it so much I’ve already booked up again and i certainly will be recommending this to friends and family.
