How to Book
Enquiries
Simply send us an enquiry by completing the form shown at the bottom of each property advertisement alternatively click on "contact us" above and fill in the form
We promise to reply the same day (if within office hours) or the next day for enquiries made after office hours. (PS we are closed on Sundays and some Saturdays during wintertime)

Booking Procedure
If you wish to reserve a villa - let us know by email or phone and we will put a "3 Day Reserve" on it for you and email you our booking form with information on how to pay and our Terms and Conditions .
To confirm your reservation you will need to pay a reservation deposit of 25% of the rental cost
We accept payment in Sterling (£) or Euro (€)
Pay by Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer or Cash Euros
8 weeks before your holiday starts the balance (75%) payment will become due for payment (Alternative payment options are also available and will be included in your booking form)
On receipt of your Balance payment we will forward you by email Final Arrangements including directions and maps from the local airport to your chosen villa plus arrangements for handover of the villa keys etc
In most cases you will be met on arrival at the villa door by Jk villa rentals or the key holder for a tour of the property and handover of villa keys
Please note if you are arriving outside office hours , alternative arrangements for key collection may be arranged (such as collecting keys from a key safe or our office Key Box) such arrangements will be advised prior to your arrival
