All cancellations of bookings must be in writing by email to JK Villa rentals.

 

Reservation Deposit

Payment of the reservation deposit ensures your chosen property and dates will be Held for you and will not be offered to anyone else

In the event you wish to cancel your reservation the reservation deposit paid is Non-refundable and will be paid to the villa owner to cover their loss.

Please note If we are able to re-let your cancelled dates for the same costs to an alternative guest, we can refund your reservation deposit (less a 10% administration cost). If the dates are re-let at a reduced cost, then part of your reservation deposit paid will be used to cover the short fall

Conditions for 2022 reservations

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 months before arrival date without penalty for a Covid related reason

for example, reasons could be if there is government travel ban (local or International) or heavy restrictions on travel such as quarantine on arrival or return to your home country, you will be entitled to refund of your reservation deposit. if you have concerns covid may prevent you from travelling please contact us as soon as possible

 

WE CAN ADVISE 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, IF COVID IS STILL INTERUPPTING INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU, ONE OF THE OPTIONS WILL BE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR RESERVATION DEPOIST
