We loved our stay at this villa, pool was exactly as shown in photos and views were outstanding. Host very easy to deal with. Villa was lovely, clean and spacious. Location was good but supermarket is approx 1km walk as well as the local strip. We used taxis to the strip at night. Beach is approx 5-10 min walk which was very close and nice coffee dock 3-5 min walk from the house. Overall a great experience and we will return! Thanks Kerry and Team!

Myself and family stayed for 2 weeks. 7 of us in total. Beautiful rustic style villa, very spacious, lovely outdoor areas to have dinner; and also an area at the side of the house to relax on the outdoor sofas. The pool was fabulous and you can sit on the steps and look out over the Mediterranean, watching the yachts go by. To access the beach you walk around the side of the property out the front onto the street and this leads on to a boardwalk - a lovely walk in the evenings. We were 10min walk ( that's based on 30° heat) to cabo roig strip. We would taxi every where i.e Torrevieja €18 in taxi, La Zenia Boulevard €7, Punta Prima €12, Mil Palmeras €14, Villa Martin €16. We went to Cabo Roig once and it was €6. It's a beautiful Villa with all mod cons English Channels, Wifi etc. You are not far from anywhere. If you wanted to explore more I would suggest a car if you didn't want to taxi. I would highly recommend this Villa and will definitely book again. We booked through JKVilla rentals and they are lovely to deal with. Thanks for a beautiful holiday

This is a traditional Spanish style property with real character. Is set right on the shore with only a coastal path between you and the sea. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk along the costal walk which is very pleasant indeed. Comfortable for a large family with plenty of ceiling fans and sea breeze. Very quiet area and a 10 min walk from Cabo Roig harbour. Had a lovely week here, if I was staying longer I think a car would be needed if you wanted to eat out as you will run out of local options.
