Traditional Spanish style villa with own private pool located in the pretty Los Balcones suburb, On the ground floor is a good size shaded terrace which overlooks the villa´s swimming pool and gardens, A living area with sofa seating plus large flat screen TV with UK / Spanish channels , Fiber WIFI internet . kitchen with main appliances inc dishwasher, Two Ground floor double bedrooms and a family bathroom, On the first floor are Two more bedrooms (one Double and one Twin ) plus a shower room plus access the roof solarium which has great views of Torrevieja famous pink salt lakes. The villa is fully furnished,, All 4 bedrooms & Lounge have modern high speed ceiling fans to help keep cool during summer months. plus there are 2 Air conditioning units installed at the villa , One in the living area which filters cool air through to Bedroom 1 and 2 & one A/C unit installed upstairs in first floor landing area which filters cool air through to bedrooms 3 & 4 . Local restaurants cafes bars supermarkets shop pharmacy etc within 4 minutes walk , local play park with football pitches basket ball , ping pong tables, pick nick zones within 5 minutes walk

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torrevieja. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 5 minutes by bus (pick up point is 4 min walk from the villa). Vist Torrevieja Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus.
We have two large international airports Alicante and Murcia both with in 55 minutes drive
Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satire and good humour.
Things to do : A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, chutes and wave machines (open late June to early Sept) Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (Park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, cafes & bars to chose from.

Het huisje is niet heel modern maar prima. Het zwembad en de keuken is top. We hebben genoten van het huis en de communicatie met en flexibiliteit van het agentschap was heel goed!
Translate - The house is not very modern, but fine. The pool and kitchen are great. We enjoyed the house and the communication with and flexibility of the agency was very good!

**** (5 stars) Dates of Arrival 23 May 2023 - Great location: quiet, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Larger markets & malls just a few minutes drives away. Main road connections close. Sadly no uninterrupted walkway to the beach (close by though). The villa itself is perfect: 4 bedrooms of similar sizes, cosy living room, wide spaced kitchen (2 fridges!), lovely terrace to relax, eat, or just watch the kids in the pool. Oh, and the pool is awesome! The rim is never slippery, the size is large enough to allow several ppl at once, but still small enough so kids won't never be far away. The only real downside is: we didn't spend enough time there ;-) well worth the money

Good position for shops ,garage , restaurants,very nice swimming pool and gardens ,nice verandah but unfortunately felt that the inside of the house was very dated and tired ,I would say that a refurb would not go amiss ,as to whether I would stay there again I would probably say yes as it is situated in a nice area

Affordable accommodation that contained what we wanted without extravagance! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Nice to have the patio under cover! Ok the awning could have been a little wider.

Really enjoyed everything about the Property and the flexibility of the management team. Lovely and clean and very homely. We stayed with you children and the area wasn't ideal for them and thank god I hired a car to get around in. Nothing negative to say on the property itself, just not much locally for a family.

(owners response - thank you for your review , The villa has one air con unit only (located in the ground floor lounge) . this unit will cool the lounge and also filter a little cool air through to the ground floor 2 bedrooms) , the other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and will not benifit from air con (cool air will not flow upwards ) , We can advise all 4 Bedrooms are fitted with modern high speed ceiling fans direct over the beds )
