One of the best features of the villa are the amazing Ocean views and private staircase leading down to cabo roig beach,(this is the only villa overlooking Cala Capitan beach with its own private staircase onto the beach! Due to the location the villa enjoys a constant gently sea breeze so air conditioning is not required. Windows have outer louvered shutters which can be closed & locked when sleeping but still allow a generous air flow for cooling, plus you get to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep !!
There are modern high speed ceiling fans directly over the beds in each bedroom, lounge and conservatory.

There are water sports available (jet ski hire and banana boats, donuts and new fly board etc) from in front of the La Bahia restaurant (15 minutes walk from the villa) more water sports can be found at La Zenia Beach (5 minute walk) Boat Hire available, scuba diving snorkelling etc. Cabo roig has its own outdoor cinema (open summer times - films shown in Spanish language) go karts available at Punta Prima (5 minute drive ) 3 golf courses (Campoamaor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are within 5 minutes drive.
