Located right next to Los Naufrugos Beach on the southside of Torrevieja and only 10 metres from the seafront , this south facing apartment is set on the first floor and First line, straight opposite the sea with only a walkway between the apartment building and the sea, The views are amazing - As soon as you enter the apartment you see the Ocean through the large living area windows and slide away Terrace doors , Relax on the apartment Terrace listening to the sound of the Ocean waves as they break on the beach - Watch boats coming in and out of the harbour and life unfold on one of Torrevieja´s most popular beaches, at night you can see the pretty lights of Torrevieja city and Harbour and in the mornings (if you are up early enough) you can see the Ocean Sunrise.
The Apartment has a very spacious open plan living area with comfy sofa seating , flat screen smart TV with you tube etc & Spanish live TV ) , WIFI Internet . dining area with seating for 6 , hot/cold Air conditioning in the main living area, sliding doors lead onto a Terrace with small dining table and seating for 2/4 persons, additional comfy seating is installed at the far end of the terrace plus a wind out awning for shade. Kitchen with main appliances inc dishwasher , Family Bathroom , Bedroom 1 with Double bed and great sea Views , Bedroom 2 with Double bed plus en suite shower room *The apartment is fully furnished for Holiday lets

The apartment is first floor and front line , straight opposite the sea with only a walkway between the apartment building and the sea . the building is situated on Ave Desidereio Rodriguez which is one of the main roads going into Torrevieja town centre, however once inside the apartment you cannot hear or see any traffic noise from the main road, all you can hear is the sound of the Ocean waves as they break on the beach. The views are fantastic as soon as you enter the apartment you can see the sea through the large windows and slide away terrace doors of the spacious living area. sit back on your balcony and watch boats coming in and out of the harbour and life unfold on one of Torrevieja´s most popular beaches, at night you can see the lights of Torrevieja. Lots of local “Spanish” caferterias and restaurnants, bars , shops , mini markets pharmacy bank etc all within easy walking distance main Torrevieja centre is only a 10-15 minutes walk away.
A rental car is not necessary, unless you wish to sight see (Local Taxi / bus services available)
Both Alicante and Murcia International airports are within an hours drive.

The apartment was well equipped. Everything you need is there. It was clean and the location was excellent! Right by the water en just a few steps away from the beach. You can rent 2 sun beds and an umbrella for € 18. But the apartment had beach chairs and an umbrella you can use. The centre of Torrevieja was a 25 minute walk. There you could find many restaurants and shops.

Just arrived back last night. Pictures on the web does not do this apartment any justice...it is STUNNING, well worth every penny. Andre was wonderful, he stayed in the property until we arrived, gave us a tour and left us to relax and enjoy our stay. Andre was only a text/phone call away. Stunning views from the balcony, right on the sea. 30 mins to walk into the town, but views all around were great. Very Spanish little place. but can't fault it whatsoever. The use off all facilities from washing machine, to deck chairs to parasol, cool box etc. Andre was so accommodating he even let us have a late check out. I would highly recommend booking this apartment, as you are extremely spoilt. We will certainly return...a week just wasn't long enough. Many thanks Andre for a fantastic holiday....if I could afford a place like this, then I would purchase in a heart beat.

Lovely apartment, clean and has everything that you could wish for. Ideal spot with the beach on your door step. Lovely restaurants nearby and a half hour walk to Torrevieja harbour and even more lovely restaurants Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future

This property was just as it appears on the website and we were very happy with it. The balcony is large and very private and there is a fabulous sea view. It is lovely to just sit and relax and listen to the waves crashing. I would definitely recommend this property it was plenty big enough for two couples. There are some good restaurants within a few minutes walk or lots more if you walk towards Torrevieja or in the opposite direction up the coast.

The apartment with a big balcony is located directly next to the sea. It's a few meters to the water and sandy beach. We took the opportunity each day to eat breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed the sunrise above the Torrevieja harbour. We stayed on the balcony to about midday before the sun moved behind the building. Later on we went to the local Exotic Fruit and Veg shop to buy a fresh supply for a day. From the apartment was a short walking distance to a few shops and bars. The kitchen was very well equipped for the family who wishes to do their own meals. We would recommend this apartment for anybody who is looking for quiet and peaceful vacation. It was also only an hour's drive from the airport in Alicante
